Installing Novochat App to Shopify

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Customize your store.

  2. In the Shopify app store, search for 'Novochat' and install.

  3. Once installed, in your Apps page, click on Novochat and you will be redirected to your Novochat dashboard.

Adding Chat Button to Your Store

  1. From your Novochat account, go to Chat Button > Single Chat Button.

  2. In the Settings tab, activate the single chat button toggle.

  3. You can select which messaging app button you want to add. Simply select the radio button and add messaging account information.

  4. Customize and preview your widget appearance. You can upload your company logo, change text, and set widget position.

  5. Click 'Save' once you are done customizing.

  6. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Theme > Customize.

  7. In the Theme editor page, open Theme Settings.

  8. Go to the 'App embeds' tab, and turn the Novochat Widget toggle on. The chat button will be added to the page preview.
